Dr. Tomczyk began his career at NASA through the Presidential Management Fellowship, after completing his master's degree in economics.
At the NASA Office of Inspector General, he investigated agency-wide fraud and misconduct — including matters tied to the astronaut corps and the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster.
He went on to represent the United States on Science and Technology to the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC), before returning to NASA's Office of the Chief Information Officer to shape federal IT security policy.
Today, he serves as Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship & Strategy at Quinnipiac University and provides academic oversight and methodological guidance for QU-001 as Faculty Co-Investigator.
